With the Season 34 finale just days away, Dylan Efron Dancing with the Stars has become one of the most talked-about moments of November 2025. Prince Night brought iconic music, emotional reactions, and a surprise appearance from someone fans had been waiting to see—Zac Efron. His presence in the ballroom lit up social media, especially with fans debating whether his support boosted Dylan’s path to the finale.
Zac, 38, arrived at the semi finals with his parents and younger siblings, including five-year-old Olivia, who sat on his lap through much of the show. Each time the camera panned to him, the crowd erupted. Viewers also quickly noticed his reactions, especially when he turned to his mom to ask whether Dylan’s Tango score of 27/30 was good.
That small interaction went viral online—some viewers believed he was checking if it was the highest score of the night, while others thought he was simply confused by the judging. Either way, Zac’s expression and his mom’s laugh became instant meme material.
Dylan Efron and his partner Daniella Karagach delivered two strong routines for Prince Night. Their first dance, a Tango to “I Would Die 4 U,” earned praise for Dylan’s frame, intensity, and improvement. Carrie Ann Inaba noted a bit of footwork trouble, but still called the performance impressive.
For the second routine, a Cha Cha to “Kiss,” the studio lit up as Olivia lifted her arms in celebration while Zac raised her proudly. Derek Hough highlighted the clean details of the performance, and Bruno Tonioli called Dylan a “sexy beast” on the dance floor. That Cha Cha earned them 28/30.
On social platforms, especially X, some viewers suggested that Zac Efron’s presence helped sway votes, especially since Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas were eliminated despite receiving strong scores.
Even though Dylan Efron built his own fanbase through The Traitors and his reality show presence, the camera often shifted to Zac and Olivia during judge feedback. That led fans to debate whether the spotlight naturally pushed more attention toward Dylan.
Zac also posted instructions on his Instagram Story explaining how to vote for Dylan, which only fueled more discussions. Still, there’s no sign of anything intentional. For many fans, it appeared to be a rare chance for Zac’s schedule to align with such a big night.
Earlier in the season, Dylan dedicated a performance to his siblings using “Rewrite the Stars,” the song Zac recorded with Zendaya. That emotional moment showed how close the Efron family is—and Tuesday’s semi final once again highlighted that bond.
Dylan called Olivia his “best friend,” and she shared that dancing with him made her feel “free.” Those family moments stood out just as much as the dances themselves.
The Dancing with the Stars Season 34 finale airs November 25, and Dylan Efron heads into the final round with momentum, fan support, and a spotlight that isn’t fading anytime soon.
